立体针刺结合吞咽功能训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍临床研究

目的：探讨立体针刺疗法治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床效果。方法：将70例符合纳入标准患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组予以立体针刺结合吞咽功能训练，对照组予以传统体针结合吞咽功能训练。结果：经过30天的治疗后，两组患者吞咽功能都能得到改善（P＜0．01），但是治疗组的效果优于对照组（P＜0．05），治疗组治愈率及愈显率都优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：立体针刺技术治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍效果明显。

Effect of Stereo Acupuncture Combined with Swallowing Function Training on Dysphagia after Stroke

Objective：To discuss the clinical effect of stereo acupuncture in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke .Methods：70 cases of patients who met criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a con-trol group.The treatment group was given acupuncture combined with three -dimensional swallowing function training , and the control group was given traditional acupuncture combined with swallowing function training . Results：After 30 days of treatment ,in two groups swallowing function could be improved （ P〈0 .01 ） , but the effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group （ P〈0 .05 ） , and the curative rate and effective rate of the treatment group were better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Stereo acupunc-ture technique in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke has an obvious effect .
