| 摘 要： | 目的：观察经验方清咽利喉汤配合少商、商阳针刺放血治疗急性扁桃体炎的临床疗效。方法：将60例急性扁桃体炎患者随机分为两组：实验组用中药清咽利喉汤配合少商、商阳穴针刺放血;对照组用西药阿莫西林胶囊治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果：实验组总有效率93．3％,对照组73．3％,两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：清咽利喉汤配合针刺放血治疗急性扁桃体炎具有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of experience Qingyan Lihou decoction combined with Shao Shang , Shang Yang acupuncture bloodletting on acute tonsillitis .Methods：60 cases of acute tonsillitis were randomly divided into two groups：the experimental group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine Qingy-an Lihou decoction combined with Shao Shang , Shang Yang hole pricking blood therapy;the control group was with western medicine Amoxicillin Capsules.Observe the clinical curative effect of two groups .Results：The to-tal effective rate of experimental group was 93 .3%, while the control group was 73 .3%.There was a signifi-cant difference between two groups （ P〈0 .05 ） .Conclusion：Qingyan Lihou decoction combined with acupunc-ture bloodletting has a good efficacy on acute tonsillitis . |
