| 摘 要： | 目的：观察穴位埋线疗法治疗单纯性肥胖的临床疗效。方法：将80名确诊为单纯性肥胖的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组40例。治疗组给予穴位埋线治疗，对照组给予拔罐治疗，1个疗程后统计疗效，并测量两组腰围改变情况。结果：治疗组总有效率为87．5％，对照组总有效率为65％，两组疗效比较有显著性差异（ P＜0．05）。结论：穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖效果优于拔罐减肥，在临床的可操作性强，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effect of catgut implantation at acupoint on simple obesity .Methods：Eighty cases were randomized into a treatment group and a control group ,with 40 cases in each group .The cat-gut implantation at acupoint was given in the treatment group ,and the cupping was given in the control group . Record the changes of waist circumference and statistical results after one course .Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%and the control group was 65%.The difference between two groups was statistically significant （ P〈0 .05 ） .Conclusion：Catgut implantation at acupoint for simple obesity is better than cupping and it is practical in clinic ,which worths promoting . |
