| 摘 要： | 高血压可以导致并加重内皮功能紊乱,而内皮功能紊乱又促进高血压的发生和发展。现综述高血压与内皮功能紊乱之间相互作用的病理生理机制、内皮功能的检测方法以及在高血压治疗中改善内皮功能的思路。

| Abstract: | Hypertension may induce endothelial dysfunction and aggravates it,and the endothelial dysfunction may also promote the occurrence and the development of hypertension.This review is focuses on the pathophysiologic mechanisms of the interactions between the hypertension and the endothelial functions,and the detection methods of the endothelial functions,as well as the ideas to improve the endothelial functions in the antihypertensive therapies. |
