电刺激加电针对急性脑梗死后吞咽障碍的疗效观察

目的观察电刺激加电针对急性脑梗死后吞咽障碍的疗效。方法将60例急性脑梗死吞咽障碍患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例,两组患者均在入院后第2天开始进行治疗,治疗组采用电刺激加电针、常规药物治疗,对照组采用电针、常规药物治疗,对两组患者于治疗的第1、7、14天进行吞咽障碍程度评分,比较两组的康复疗效。结果治疗组疗效明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电刺激加电针治疗能更加明显地改善急性脑梗死合并吞咽障碍患者的吞咽功能。

Observation on therapeutic effect of electric stimulation and electroacupuncture on dysphagia after acute cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the treatment of Vocastim-master electro-stimulant equipment combined with electroacupuncture on dysphagia after acute cerebral infarction.Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.Both of them were treated in admission after 2 days.The treatment group were treated with electric stimulation combined with electroacupuncture and medicinal,and the control group were treated with electroacupuncture and medicinal.After treatment of 1-day、7-day and 14-day,their therapeutic effects were observed and compared with the swallowing function being assessed.Results The therapeutic effects in the treatment group were significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The electric stimulation combined with electroacupuncture can markedly improve the swallowing function in patient with dysphagia after acute cerebral infarction.
