卡培他滨用于晚期胃癌术后辅助化疗患者维持治疗

目的观察晚期胃癌术后辅助化疗后卡培他滨维持治疗的效果及副反应。方法 26例晚期胃癌术后辅助化疗后继续口服卡培他滨维持治疗至6个月,观察疾病进展时间、1年复发率及副反应。结果 6例患者口服卡培他滨期间疾病进展,未能继续口服。有20例患者口服卡培他滨至6个月,8例患者至今仍未见疾病进展,12例患者疾病进展。18例患者疾病进展时间14.7月,1年复发率23.1%。主要不良反应包括腹泻、手足口综合征、皮肤黏膜损害、骨髓抑制,无治疗相关死亡。结论晚期胃癌术后辅助化疗后卡培他滨维持治疗,不良反应轻,耐受性和顺从性较好,治疗可行。

Capecitabine Used for Maintenane Therapy of Adjuvant Chemotherapy after Operation of Late Gastric Cancer Patients

Objective To observe the treatment effect and adverse events of continuous maintenance with Capecitabine after postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy in advanced gastric carcinoma.Methods Totally 26 patients with advanced gastric carcinoma received oral Capecitabine after postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy till 6 months,to observe the time till progression,recurrence rate of 1 year and the adverse events.Results 6 of 26 patients got PD within 6 months that stopped therapy,20 of 26 patients completed the therapy till 6 months,12 patients got PD after all.18 patients TTP was 14.7 months,recurrence rate of 1 year was 23.1%.The most common adverse events included diarrhea,fissure of hand and foot,inhibition of bone marrow,skin rash,no death occurred during the protocol therapy.Conclusion The continuous maintenance with Capecitabine in advanced gastric carcinoma after postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy has slight AEs,good tolerace and compliance.
