左旋氧氟沙星与头孢呋辛治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床研究

目的探讨左旋氧氟沙星与头孢呋辛治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果和不良反应发生情况。方法对笔者所在医院呼吸内科收治的80例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期患者随机分为左旋氧氟沙星治疗组40例和头孢呋辛对照组40例。左旋氧氟沙星治疗组患者给予左旋氧氟沙星500mg静脉滴注,1次/d;头孢呋辛对照组给予头孢呋辛300mg静脉滴注,2次/d,10d为一个疗程。观察两组患者治疗效果与不良反应发生情况。结果左氧氟沙星治疗组与头孢呋辛对照组临床有效率分别为85%与80%;两组患者不良反应发生率分别为5.0%与7.5%,停用药物后无严重并发症。治疗过程中左旋氧氟沙星治疗组患者有6例需要更换抗菌药物;头孢呋辛对照组患者有8例需要更换抗菌药物。两组间数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者急性发作使用左旋氧氟沙星或头孢呋辛治疗均可得到良好的临床疗效。

Clinical Research of Levorotatory Levofloxacin Hydrochloride and Cefuroxime in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective To study the clinical effect and adverse reaction of levofloxacin and cefuroxime in the treatment of COPD.Methods 80 COPD patients were randomly divided into cefuroxime treatment group and levofloxacin treatment group,each group 40 cases,levofloxacin treatment group were given levorotatory levofloxacin 500mg intravenous drip,1 times/d;Cefuroxime treatment group were given cefuroxime 300mg intravenous drip,2 times/d.Observe the therapeutic effect.Results Clinical efficient of levofloxacin treatment group was 85%,adverse reaction rate was 5.0%;Cefuroxime treatment group was 80%,adverse reaction rate was 7.5%.Differences between the two groups data was not significant(P >0.05).Conclusion COPD with acute onset of use levorotatory levofloxacin or use cefuroxime all can get good clinical curative effect.
