| 摘 要： | 医学院校青年教师均从非师范类医学院校毕业,均未受过系统的教育理论及教育技能培训,而青年教师是各院校师资队伍中的重要组成部分,其在教学上能否健康成长,教学水平能否较快较稳地提高,影响学校整体医学教育质量。为更好地提高医学高职院校青年教师教学质量,笔者对其教学方面的不足进行分析,提出相应措施,以促进医学高职院校青年教师教学质量的提高。 |

| Abstract: | Young teachers of medical college were all graduated from non-normal training medical college and not received systematic training in educational theory and educational skills.Young teachers played an important part in the institutions.Whether their teaching quality growed healthy and stably directly affects the quality of education.To improve the vocational medical college teaching quality,the author analyses the shortage in teaching and proposes the corresponding measures. |
