生脉注射液预防血液透析相关性低血压疗效观察

摘    要:
目的观察生脉注射液预防反复发生的血液透析相关性低血压(IDH)的效果。方法对25例透析患者每日静推生脉注射液75 mL,1个月为1个疗程。透析处方不变,观察透析中血压变化和IDH发生情况。结果25例血液透析患者生脉注射液治疗前后血液透析中脱水速度、透析液钠浓度和温度、透析前血压比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后总脱水量、Kt/V、透析结束血压均高于治疗前(P<0.05),透析过程最低血压与透析前血压的差值低于治疗前(P<0.01),IDH发生例次、症状性IDH发生例次均低于治疗前(P<0.01)。其中显效11例(44%),有效10例(40%),无效4例(16%)。结论生脉注射液可有效预防IDH的发生,明显改善透析中低血压症状。

Abstract:
Objective It is to observe the effect of Shengmai injection on the prevention for repeated hemodialysis-related hypotension(IDH).Methods 25 cases of patients accepted dialysis were given Shengmai injection 75 mL every day.The treatment course was one month.The dialysis was not changed.Blood pressure and IDH were observed during hemodialysis.Results Compared with those before treatment with Shengmai injection,there were no significant differences in Ultrafiltration rate,pre-hemodialysis bloodpressure,temperature and sodium concentration of dialysate(P>0.05),total ultrafiltrated volumes,Kt/V and post-hemodialysis blood pressure were significantly higher(P<0.05),the difference between lowest blood pressure during dialysis and the pressure before dialysis was lower(P<0.01),IDH and symptomatic IDH were reduced much(P<0.01).There were 11 cases(44%) of significant effect,10 cases(40%) of effect,and 4 cases(16%) of no effect.Conclusion Shengmai injection can effectively prevent IDH,and improve the symptom of low pressure during dialysis.
