两种术式二次剖宫产术对新生儿及孕妇的影响

目的探讨新式剖宫产及子宫下段剖宫产二次手术对孕妇及新生儿的影响。方法对2007年6月～2009年12月既往有改良式新式剖宫产及子宫下段剖宫产病史再次行剖宫产的77例病例进行术中观察并分析,比较其孕妇手术时间、出血量及腹腔黏连情况。采用SPSS 11.0统计学软件分析二种术式二次剖宫产术对新生儿出生情况的影响。结果 新式二次剖宫产术手术时间较短,黏连发生率降低,与子宫下段剖宫产比较差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05);但术中出血比较差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。新生儿死亡率相比,无明显差异(p>0.05)。高危新生儿情况:新生儿窒息、剖宫产儿综合征发生率无明显差异(p>0.05)。结论新式剖宫产为二次剖宫产较好术式,黏连发生率降低,是一种安全的分娩方式。

THE AFFECT OF TWO CESAREAN TECHNIQUES IN SECONDARY SECTION ON NEWBORNS AND PREGNANT WOMEN

Objective To explore the affect of two cesarean techniques in secondary section on newborns and pregnant.Methods From June,2007 to December,2009,a new type of modified and lower uterine segment repeated cesarean section was applied on 77 cases having history of cesarean section.Observe and compare the operative time,adhesion and bleeding.Use statistical analysis software SPSS 11.0 to analyze the two techniques affect on delivery status of newborns in secondary cesarean section.Results In improved new cesarean section,operation time was shorter,sticky rates,even with lower uterine segment cesarean section the comparative differences were statistically significant（p0.05）.But intra operative bleeding comparative difference was not statistically significant（p0.05）.Neonatal mortality compared with no obvious difference,（p0.05）.As to high-risk newborn,neonatal asphyxia,cesarean-neonatus syndrome incidence there is no obvious difference in two techniques secondary cesarean（p0.05）.Conclusion The new cesarean section is a better technique for second section,having lower sticky rate,is a safely delivery mode.
