临床生化检验室内质控和室间质控六年结果的评价

目的 对室间质量评价的得分情况进行统计学分析,总结室内质控和室间质量评价的经验,以便更好地为临床服务.方法 用全自动生化分析仪检测盲样19项临床生化指标.结果 六年中质控检测19项指标,变异指数得分（VIS）A级占83.19%,B级占13.14%,C级占3.67%.1999年-2004年Na VIS得分A级从50%提高到60%,Cl VIS得分A级从40%-88%.结论 经过改进使过去结果不太准确的指标得到修正,质量控制对于临床生化检验结果的质量保证非常重要,只有做好室内质控和室间质量评价,才能为临床提供准确的诊断、治疗、预后观察的依据.

Evaluation of results of internal quality control and external quality control in clinical biochemical trial

Objective To analyse Statistically data(scores) of external quality assessment and acquire experience form working internal quality control and external quality assessment for serving clinic much better.Methods By automatic biochemical analyser,19 clinical biochemical index of samples were measured.Results Inside of six year Variance index scores of class A,class B and class C were 83.19%,13.14% and 3.67% respectively in 19 index of quality control detected.1999-2004 the Na VIS get a goal the A class from 50% increase 60%,the Cl VIS get a goal the A class from 40%-88%.Conclusion Pass by improvement to make past result the not that accurate index sign get the correction.Quality control is very important to the results of clinical biochemical assay.Only trying your best to do internal quality control and external quality assessment getting good results of internal quality control and external quality assessment can provide a base of accurate diagnosis,treatment and observation of prognosis for clinic.
