| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the difference between electrochemi-luminescence immuno-assay(ECLIA) and enzyme-link immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in detecting Hepatitis B surface antibody(HBsAb).Methods Based on ROCHE E601 ECLIA method,65 serum samples of both HBsAg and HBsAb positive,63 serum samples of HBsAg negative and HBsAb positive were selected.Two ELISA reagents(A and B) were used to detect HBsAb again.Results When HBsAg was positive,both ELISA reagents missed the diagnosis in HBsAb,with the relative missing ra... |
