| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨重症甲型H1N1死亡病例的特点,提高重症患者的诊治水平.方法 回顾性分析2009年6月至2010年1月北京佑安医院18例甲型H1N1流感死亡患者的资料.结果 甲型H1N1流感的病死率为7.5%;死亡患者的年龄偏大,50岁以上者占50%;18例患者中14例合并基础疾病,以发热、咳嗽和呼吸困难为主要表现;17例死...

| Abstract: | Objective To describe the clinical characteristics of fatal cases with confirmed influenza A(H1N1) so as to improve the diagnosis and treatment of the severe cases.Methods We retrospectively analyzed medical records of 18 fatal cases infected with influenza A(H1N1) in Beijing You'an Hospital between June 2009 and January 2010.Results Case fatality rate of influenza A(H1N1) in our hospital is 7.5%.50% fatal cases were over 50 years old.Of the 18 patients,14 had underlying diseases.The main clinical manifesta... |
