| Abstract: | Objective To observe the adverse reactions of hydroxychloroquine(HCQ)in the treatment of rheumatic diseases.Methods 204 patients who had taken HCQ during Nov.2005 to Nov.2009 were included in order to observe the rate and main types of adverse reactions,their main clinical manifestations and outcomes.Results Twenty-eight patients had ever experienced adverse reactions.The main adverse reactions included ophthalmic disorder in 11(39.29%),nervous system response in 5(17.86%),digestive reaction in 5(17.86%),al... |
