| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经皮肝穿刺胆道引流术（PTBD）治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸的护理策略.方法 对22例恶性梗阻性黄疸患者采取PTBD,术前、术中、术后进行严密的观察和护理.结果 22例患者均成功完成手术.通过及时的观察和针对性的有效护理,减少了患者术后并发症的发生,使患者治疗后获得更好的生活质量和更长的生存时间.本组患者没有出现死亡及其他严重并发症.结论 护理干预是保证患者配合手术,缩短手术时间,避免和减少术后并发症不可缺少的. |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the nursing strategies for patients undergoing percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage (PTBD) for malignant biliary obstruction. Methods PTBD were performed in 22 patients with malignant biliary obstruction. Close perioperative observation and careful nursing were carried out. Results PTBD were performed successfully in all the patients. In accordance with the individual condition,proper nursing measures were taken promptly and effectively. No death or serious complications occurred. Conclusions Nursing intervention is indispensable in ensuring patient cooperation,shortening surgical duration,and avoiding or reducing the postoperative complications. |
