| 摘 要： | ９名健康自愿者随机自身交叉单次口服布洛芬干糖浆和布洛芬片剂后，应用高效液相色谱法测定血清中布洛芬的浓度。结果表明布洛芬两种剂型在健康人体内的血药浓度－时间过程均符合二室模型。干糖浆和片剂的主要药代动力学参数如下：Ｔ（１／２）Ｋ_ａ（０．１３±０．０９）与（１．０９±０．１８）ｈ；Ｔ_（ｐｅａｋ）（０．８４±０．１７）与（１．８９±０．６２）ｈ；Ｃ_（ｍａｘ）（２８．５３±４．０５）与（２１．１３±２．１６）ｍｇ／Ｌ；Ｔ_（１／２β）（２．４２±０．５２）与（２．０１±０．３７）ｈ；ＡＵＣ（１１０．７１±９．８６）与（１２１．０４±１２．０７）ｍｇ·ｈ~（－１）·Ｌ~_（－１）。布洛芬干糖浆相对于布洛芬片剂的生物利用度为（９１．９１±８．１６）％。

| Abstract: | A single 400 mg oral dose of Ibprofen dry syrup or Ibprofen tablet was given to 9 healthy male volunteers in randomized self-crossover study.Plasma concentrations of Ibprofen were determined by HPLC.The concentration-time profiles of Ibprofen in the two dosage forms fitted to the manifestation of the two-compartment model.Pharmacokinetic parameters for Ibprofen dry syrup were:T1/2Ka=0.13±0.09h,T1/2β=2.42±0.52h,Tpeak=0.84±0.17h,Cmax=28.53±4.05 mg/L,AUC=110.71±9.86 mg·h-1L-1;for Ibprofen tablet were:T1/2Ka=1. 09±0.18h,T1/2β=2.01±0.37h,Tpeak=1.89±0.62h,Cmax=21.13±2.16mg/L,UC=121.04 ±12.07 mg·h-1L-1.Relative bioavailability of Ibprofen dry syrup was 91.91% of that of the tablet. |
