肺癌患者围手术期抗菌药物的临床应用分析

目的：探讨肺癌患者围手术期的抗菌药物的使用情况。方法回顾性分析经手术治疗的220例肺癌患者抗菌药使用情况。结果肺癌手术患者中抗菌药使用率为36．36％。药物使用频率前4位分别为头孢曲松、头孢噻肟、头孢哌酮／舒巴坦、阿莫西林／克拉维酸，限制使用和特殊使用品种比例分别为28．05％、45．12％。结论肺癌患者围术期预防性应用抗菌药物欠合理，与《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》有差距，有待改善，合理用药需要进一步加强。

Analysis of Perioperative Use of Antimicrobials in Patients with Lung Cancer

Objective To investigate the condition and problems of perioperative antimicrobial use in lung cancer. Methods Retrospectively analyzed of the rationality of antimicrobial drug use in 220 cases of lung cancer patients accepted oper-ation.Results The use rate of antibacterial agents in patients with lung cancer surgery was 36.36%.The top 4 antimicrobials were ceftizoxime,latamoxef,cefotaxime and cefminox.The use rates of restricted varieties and special varieties were 28.05%and 45.12%.Conclusion The use of antibiotics is generally reasonable,and there are diversified varieties of restricted and special antibiotics with high dose,the ratio of the submission of pathogens and the drug susceptibility testing is relatively low,it is neces-sary to strengthen the administration of antibiotic use.
