无创通气治疗肺癌晚期并发呼吸衰竭的临床价值分析

目的：探讨无创通气治疗肺癌晚期并呼吸衰竭的临床价值。方法选取经确诊的肺癌晚期并发呼吸衰竭患者80例,并随机均分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上行无创通气,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗2周后,研究组患者的精神及食欲状况、血气指标、呼吸费力程度、生活自理能力、平喘药物应用等改善程度明显优于对照组（P＜0．05）;治疗3个月后,研究组患者肺性脑病的发生率、死亡率明显低于对照组,且AFACT-L生活质量评分优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论无创通气能够有效地治疗肺癌晚期并呼吸衰竭,减轻患者痛苦,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床进一步推广与应用。

Analysis of the Clinical Value of Noninvasive Ventilation in the Treatment of Advanced Lung Cancer and Respiratory Failure

Objective To investigate the clinical value of noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of advanced lung canc-er and respiratory failure.Methods 80 cases of advanced lung cancer with respiratory failure,were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,40 cases in each,the control group received conventional therapy,the treatment group in the conventional treatment based on noninvasive ventilation,comparative analysis of the 2 groups were conducted.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,spirit and appetite,blood gas index,respiratory effort,self-care ability,antiasthmatic drugs application were significantly better than the control group ( P<0.05);after 3 months of treatment,the incidence rate,mortality rate were signifi-cantly lower than the control group of patients with pulmonary encephalopathy,and AFACT-L life the quality score than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Noninvasive ventilation can effectively treat advanced lung cancer and respiratory failure,im-prove the quality of life of patients,and it is worthy of further promotion and application.
