4258例阴道镜筛查宫颈病变临床分析

目的探究使用电子阴道镜对宫颈病变筛查的临床价值分析。方法整理统计我站在开展育龄妇女健康体检期间的4258例农村妇女,采用电子阴道镜进行检查,经醋酸实验及碘实验后,在可疑部位进行活检、送病理、配合B超检查结果进行分析。结果电子阴道镜下发现阳性并定点取样确诊的139例中,CIN I型72例,CIN II型29例,CIN III型19例,鳞癌5例,腺癌2例。结论阴道镜活检协助,早期宫颈癌的诊断准确率可以达到98%左右,阴道镜检查宫颈病变精确,阴道镜活检宫颈病变的检出率大大增加。

Clinical Analysis of 4258 Cases Through Colposcopy for Cervical Lesions

Objective To explore clinical value analysis of some women through colposcopy for cervical lesions. Methods Totally 4,258 rural women of child-bearing age through physical examination in our center were examined via colposcopy, after peracetic acid test and iodine test performing biopsy of suspected areas and sending the data to pathology department for analysis in combination with result of ultrasound diagnosis. Results The 139 confirmed cases with positive result under colposcopy covered 72 CIN Ⅰ cases, 29 CIN Ⅱ cases, 19 CIN Ⅲcases, 5 squamous carcinoma cases and 2 adenocarcinoma cases. Conclusion With the help of colposcopy and additional biopsy, diagnostic accuracy of early stage cervical carcinoma can reach 98% or so. It is precise to examine cervical lesions by colposcopy. Besides, detectable rate of cervical lesions by colposcopy is higher.
