胃炎汤治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性浅表性胃炎的临床观察

目的观察胃炎汤治疗幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)阳性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将60例H.pylori感染相关的浅表性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,治疗组予中药胃炎汤口服,每日2次,疗程20 d。对照组用西药标准三联疗法,疗程7 d。结果治疗组症状改善优于对照组(P<0.05);胃镜、病理变化的总有效率治疗组(73%)与对照组(76%)相近;H.pylori根除率2组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论中药胃炎汤治疗H.pylori阳性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效肯定。

Clinical observation of the effect of gastritis decoction on superficial gastritis with positive Helicobacter pylori

Objective It is to observe the effect of gastritis decoction on superficial gastritis with positive Helicobacter pylori.Methods 60 cases of patients with superficial gastritis related with H.pylori infection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both the groups had 30 cases.Treatment group was given gastritis decoction by oral use twice a day and for 20 days.Control group was treated with standard triplex treatment for 7 days.Results The improvement of symptoms in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate(73%) of changes of gastroscope and pathology in treatment group was similar with that(76%) in control group.There was no significant difference in H.pylori eradicating rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Gastritis decoction has an affirmative effect on superficial gastritis with positive Helicobacter pylori.
