颌面骨病变诊断中二维CT及三维CT成像对比研究

摘    要:
目的探讨二维CT及三维CT成像相结合在颌面骨病变中的应用价值。方法对66例颌面骨病变患者行二维CT及三维CT成像检查,并将二维CT及三维CT成像两种方法相结合与手术病理结果进行对比分析。结果全部颁面骨病变三维CT均能立体显示,三维CT在显示颌面骨骨折比二维CT或平片更为优越,在显示骨折的类型、位置、走行等空间信息优于二维CT。而二维CT有利于鉴别肿瘤的囊性或实性改变及周围软组织以及颁骨内的表现。结论二维CT及三维CT成像在颌面骨病变中的显示和诊断中各有其特点,两者相结合能提高病变观察的准确性,有利于诊断和治疗。

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the value of two - dimensional CT and three - dimensional CT in the Diagnosis of maxillofacial diseases. Methods 66 patients with maxillofacial diseases were examined by two - dimensional CT and three - dimensional CT. The imaging feature were compared with surgical and pathological findings. Results Three dimensional CT was superior for showing the location, size, shape and extension of the lesions in tridimensionaly, two - dimensional CT was very useful in distinguishing the cystic and solid lesions and showing the soft tissue component of the lesions. Conclusion Two - dimensional CT and three - dimensional CT have advantages and shortages of their own in showing maxillofacial diseases. Combination of these two imaging methods can improve the accuracy of image ,which is useful for diagnosis and surgical planning for maxillofacial diseases.
