北京市大兴区12岁儿童龋病调查

目的对北京市大兴区12岁儿童患龋状况进行调查分析，为进一步做好龋病的预防保健工作提供依据。方法通过随机抽样的方法选择520名12岁儿童进行口腔检查，采用问诊、视诊、探诊等方法检查龋病和龋齿的充填情况。结果北京市大兴区12岁儿童患龋率19．04％，龋齿充填率10．37％。结论北京市大兴区12岁儿童龋病较严重，而进行充填治疗的较少，所以有必要进一步加强儿童口腔卫生宣传教育工作及预防保健工作，降低儿童的患龋率，提高儿童龋齿充填率。

Analysis of the Incidence of dental caries of 12 years old children in Daxing restrict

Objective To analysis the incidence of dental caries of 12 years old children in Daxing restrict , so as to find a better way to prevent dental caries. Method A random sampling method was used to choose 520 children ,The incidence of dental caries was investigatied mainly through clinics and other methods, and statistical analysis was made. Result In 520 children, 99 children were suffering from dental caries, the caries prevalence rate is 19.04%, the filled rate is 10.37%. There was difference in the caries prevalence rate between boys and girls. Conclusion 12 years old children in Daxing restrict have higher caries prevalence rate, particularly girls. The filled rate was lower. We should take timely preventive measures to prevent and reduce the caries prevalence rate.
