糖瘀平治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病及其慢性并发症的实验研究

为探讨糖瘀平的药理作用,用四氧嘧啶造模方式,以西药降糖灵和中成药芪蛭降糖胶囊作为对照组进行实验研究。结果表明：糖瘀平具有持久、稳定的降血糖作用,能明显改善Ａｌｌｏｘａｎ糖尿病大鼠血液流变学指标,还能明显降低Ａｌｌｏｘａｎ糖尿病大鼠糖化红细胞膜蛋白含量,并优于降糖灵和芪蛭降糖胶。高剂量糖瘀平的作用优于低剂量糖瘀平。

Experimental Study of the Treatment of Diabetes B and Its Chronic Complication with Tang Yu Ping

In order to study the pharmacological action of this medicine, experimental study ws conducted by making models with alloxan treated with this medicine and others treated with phenformin and prepared Chinese medicine Qi Zhi Jiang Tang Jiao Nang as the control group. It shows that this medicine bears a lasting and steady action of reducing blood sugar, and that it can greatly improve the blood rheology index of Alloxan diabetes rats and decrease the membrane protein content of the glycosylated erythrocytes. It is superior in effect to phenformin and Qi Zhi Jiang Tang Jiao Nang, and the larger dosage constitutes better action than the smaller one.
