抗-Sm抗体对狼疮性肾炎的诊断意义

目的探讨抗－Ｓｍ抗体对狼疮性肾炎（ＬＮ）的诊断价值。方法将１６０例ＬＮ分为两组。Ａ组为抗－Ｓｍ及抗ｄｓ－ＤＮＡ抗体均阳性；Ｂ组为抗ｄｓ－ＤＮＡ抗体阳性。比较两组年龄、性别、病程、临床症状、血液学、免疫学及预后的差别。结果（１）抗Ｓｍ抗体与疾病活动程度相关；（２）常伴内脏病变发生率高以及皮肤损害严重；（３）标记性抗体可作为回顾性诊断指标。结论抗－Ｓｍ抗体阳性可作为判断ＬＮ病情活动程度及内脏病变发生率高的一个重要指标。

Diagnostic Significance of Anti-Sm Antibodies to Lupus Nephritis

Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of anti Sm antibodies to LN(Lupus Nephritis).Method 160 patients with LN were divided into two groups.Both anti-Sm antibodies and anti-ds DNA antibodies were positive in Group A,and only anti-ds DNA was positive in Group B.We compared age,sex,duration of disease,clinical symptoms,hematologic manifestation,immunologic manifestation and prognosis between groups.Results (1)Anti-Sm antibodies are related to the active degree of the disease.(2)It is often accompanied with high incidence of viceral diseases and severe cutaneous damages.(3)The labelled antibodies can be used as an index for retrospective diagnosis.Conclusions The positive result of anti Sm antibodies can be used as an index for judging the active level of LN and high incidence of viceral diseases.
