VitC与不同抗氧化剂联用辅治病毒性心肌炎疗效观察

目的比较不同氧自由基清除剂配伍治疗病毒性心肌炎疗效，以探讨最佳治疗方案。方法对确诊为病毒性心肌炎的患儿随机分成４组（治疗组），并设对照组。采用ＶｉｔＣ与不同氧自由基清除剂配伍治疗，比较治疗效果。结果治疗组各方案疗效均明显优于对照组（χ２＝２６．２７，Ｐ＜０．０１），而治疗组各组疗效并非随抗氧化剂种类增多而增强（χ２＝１．８１，Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论病毒性心肌炎在常规治疗基础上，加用ＶｉｔＣ静脉推注足以发挥明显的抗氧化作用。

Observation on Therapeutic Efficacy of Vit C Combined with Various Anti oxidant for Treating Viral Myocarditis

Objective To study the therapeutic efficacy of different oxygen free radical clearer on viral myocarditis. Method 190 cases of viral myocarditis were randomly divided into 4 groups (treating group) treated with different oxygen free radicals clearer. The therapeutic efficacy were compared with control group.Results The therapeutic efficacy in treating groups were superior to those of the control group(χ2=26.27,P<0.01),the therapeutic efficacy in different treating groups were compared each other and found that the clinical efficacy were not enhanced with increase of the genuses of anti oxidant(χ2=1.81,P>0.05).Conclusions On the basis of routine therapy for viral myocarditis,intravenous injection of vitamine C may give play to a remarkable anti oxidizing action.
