| 摘 要： | 目的分析附子理中缓释片中总生物碱的药效物质。方法通过薄层色谱（TLC）和高效液相色谱（HPLC）的谱图研究，并与小鼠体内药物动力学的谱图比较，确定能够产生作用的总生物碱的药效物质。结果总生物碱的药效物质主要是新鸟头碱和鸟头碱间的新物质。以及新鸟头碱、鸟头碱与次鸟头碱等其它生物碱物质。结论通过采用TLC和HPLC手段，并与体外谱图和体内药物动力学相关数据或谱图相比较的方法．可以获得中药及其复方的药效物质基础。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To obtain effective materials from the total alkaloids of Fuzi Lizhong sustained-release tablets. Methods The chromatograms of total alkaloids from Fuzi Lizhong sustained-release tablets were studied with TLC, and mesaconitine, aconitine and hypaconitine with HPLC in vitro, and then compared with other chromatograms of pharmacokinetic trial in vivo of the mice, some effective materials from the total alkaloids were expected to be determined. Results The main effective materials from the total alkaloids are a new material shown between mesaconitine and aconitine at HPLC peak, and mesaconitine, aconitine, hypaconitine and other alkaloids. Conclusion By using TLC and HPLC and comparing the chromatograms between in vitro and in vivo or related data, effective materials of Chinese herbs and their compounds can be obtained. |
