摘    要:
目的:使用MOBA生物共振治疗系统(简称MORA)治疗过敏性紫癜(Henoch-Schonlein purpura,HSP),观察其疗效及治疗前后血清抗氧化酶活性变化.方法:100例患者随机分为A、B、C 3组,分别使用MORA治疗、常规药物治疗以及MORA联合药物治疗.应用比色法检测A、B组各20例患者治疗前后血清总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,16例正常人作对照.结果:①3组治疗前后临床评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);②A、B组有效率相近(P>0.05),C组有效率高于A、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);③A、C组皮损消退时间明显快于B组(P<0.01);④治疗后A、B组总SOD及GSH-PX活性均显著升高,与健康对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),CAT活性无明显改变;⑤3组患者均无不良反应发生.结论:MORA治疗HSP安全有效,可能与提高抗氧化酶活性有关.

Abstract:
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of MORA bioresonance therapy in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP) and to observe the change of the serum levels of the antioxidant enzymes. Methods: One hundred HSP patients were randomly divided into three groups; received MORA bioresonance therapy (group A), general medicine treatment (group B) and MORA bioresonance therapy combined with general medicine treatment (group C). The activities of total superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) and catalase (CAT) were detected by colorimetric method in each 20 patients from group A and group B before and after treatment The test results were compared with those of 16 healthy children as a control. Results: After treatment obvious decreases in clinical scores were found in all three groups. The response rate of the group C was significantly higher than that of the group A and the group B (P<0.01), and there was no significant difference between group A and group B (P>0.05). The deflorescence time was shorter in group A and group C than that of group B (both P<0.01). The activities of total SOD,GSH-PX were elevated markedly after treatment in group A and group B, and there was no significant differences compared with those of the healthy subjects. However, no markedly changes were measured in the activities of CAT. No adverse effects were observed during the study. Conclusion: MORA bioresonance therapy could be a safe and effective choice for HSP patients, its mechanism may be related to the antioxidant actions.
