曲唑酮治疗海洛因依赖者脱毒后焦虑抑郁的临床对照研究

目的 :了解曲唑酮治疗海洛因依赖者焦虑抑郁的疗效及不良反应。方法 :应用曲唑酮与阿米替林进行对照治疗研究 ,采用HAMA、HAMD及TESS量表分别评定疗效及不良反应。结果 :曲唑酮组与阿米替林组治疗后HAMA和HAMD评分均显著低于治疗前 (P <0 0 1)。两组间比较 ,治疗后第 4、6周曲唑酮组HAMA评分显著低于阿米替林组 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。TESS资料显示 ,曲唑酮不良反应明显少于阿米替林 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :曲唑酮和阿米替林均能有效地缓解海洛因依赖者脱毒后的焦虑抑郁症状 ,但曲唑酮的抗焦虑作用优于阿米替林

A CLINICAL CONTROLLED STUDY OF TRAZODONE AND AMITRIPTYLINE IN THE TREATMENT OF ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION OF HEROIN ADDICTS

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions of trazodone in the treatment of anxiety-depression disorder caused by heroin withdrawal. Methods: All patients were divided into trazodone treatment group and amitriptyline treatment group. The therapeutic effects and adverse drug reactions were evaluated with HAMA, HAMD and TESS, respectively. Results: After being treated by both drugs, the HAMA and HAMD scores of the patients were much lower(P<0.01); after 4 weeks and six weeks treatment, the HAMA scores of trazodone group were lower or much lower than those of amitriptyline group(P<0.05, P<0.01); trazodone showed fewer adverse reactions than amitriptyline. Conclusion: Like amitriptyline, trazodone can effectively treat the anxiety-depression disorder caused by heroin withdrawal but has fewer adverse drug reactions.
