合肥市郊区55岁以上农民脉压水平及其影响因素的逐步回归分析

通过对合肥市郊区７４３名５５岁以上农民的血压调查，发现男性以下各年龄组的脉压分别为，５５岁～：７．４５±１．７２ｋＰａ（５５．８８±１２．９０ｍｍＨｇ）、６０岁～：８．０１±２．１４ｋＰａ（６０．０８±１６．０５ｍｍＨｇ）、６５岁～：８．２６±１．８３ｋＰａ（６１．９５±１３．７３ｍｍＨｇ）、７０岁～：９．２３±ｌ．３７ｋＰａ（６９．２３±１０．２８ｍｍＨｇ）、７５岁以上组是９．４９±１．１８ｋＰａ（７１．１８±８．８５ｍｍＨｇ），女性各年龄组脉压分别是，７．９０±ｌ．４０ｋＰａ（５９．２５±１０．５０ｍｍＨｇ）、８．０７±１．５８ｋＰａ（６０．５３±１１．８５ｍｍＨｇ），９．１２±ｌ．９１ｋＰａ（６８．４０±１４．３３ｍｍＨｇ）、１０．２８±１．９２ｋＰａ（７７．１０±１４．４０ｍｍＨｇ）、１０．９２±２．０４ｋＰａ（８１．９０±１５．３０ｍｍＨｇ）。男女两性的脉压均随增龄而升高，在各年龄组女性的脉压略高于男性，进一步对２９６名调查对象的脉压与年龄、性别、吸烟等１５个变量与单因素直线回归分析表明：脉压与年龄、性别、精神创伤、盐阈、血清甘油三脂、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、体重指数呈显著正相关，与身高呈显著负相关，?

A Study on the Pulse Pressure for over 55 Years Aged Peasants and Stepwise Regression Analysis with Associated Factors in Hefei Suburban Districts

Blood pressure was measured in 743 elderly peasants over 55 years of age in surburban districts of Hefei city.It was found that pulse pressure in males of age group 55～59 was 7.45±1.72kPa(55.88±12.90mmHg);of age group60～64,8.0l±2.14kPa(60.08±l6.05mmHg);of 65～69,8.26±l.83kPa(6l.95±13.73mmHg);of 70～74;9.23±l.37kPa(69.23±10.28mmHg);and of 75+,9.49± 1.18kPa(71.18±8. 85mmHg).Pulse pressure in females of respective age groups was 7.90±l.40kPa(59.25±10.50mmHg),8.07±1.58kPa(60.53±11.85mmHg),9.12± l.91kPa(68.40±14.33mmHg),10.28±l.92kPa(77.10±14.40mmHg),and 10.92±2.04kPa(81.90±l5.30mmHg).Pulse pressure of both males and females increases with age,and female's pulse pressure was slightly higher than male's in same age groups。Liner regression analysis between pulse and l5 factoro(sex, age,cigarette use and so on)showed that pulse pressure positively associated with age,sex,cigarette use, mental incidence,salt threshold,TG,HDL-C and body weight index(P<0.05)and negatively associated with body height(P<0.05). Multivariable stepwise regression analysis revealed that mental incidence,body weight index,HDL-C and age are detectors for pulse pressure(P<0.05).
