心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭的延续性护理干预研究

目的：探讨延续性护理干预对心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量的影响。方法纳入心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭患者80例，分为对照组和干预组，各40例。出院后对照组实施常规出院指导，干预组实施常规出院指导及延续性护理干预。6个月后，比较两组患者复发再住院率、死亡率及6 min步行距离。结果干预组复发再住院率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）；两组死亡率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）；干预组治疗后6 min步行距离长于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论延续性护理有助于提高心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭患者的生活质量，降低疾病复发率。

Continuous nursing intervention research on chronic cardiac failure with heart-kidney deficiency pattern

Objective To discuss the influence of continuous nursing intervention on the quality of life in chronic car-diac failure（CCF）with heart-kidney deficiency pattern. Methods Eighty patients with CCF and heart-kidney yang defi-ciency pattern were selected and divided into control group and intervention group,each group of 40 cases.After dis-charging from our hospital,patients in the control group were provided with regular discharge instructions,and in the in-tervention group,regular discharge instructions with continuous nursing intervention were offered.After 6 months,the ad-mission rate due to recurrence,mortality rate and 6-minute walking distance was compared in both groups respectively. Results The admission rate of recurrence in the intervention group greatly lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）. There was no statistical difference in the mortality rate of the two groups（P〉0.05）.The 6-minute walking distance in the intervention group was longer than that in the control group after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Continuous nursing is helpful for improving quality of life in CCF with heart-kidney deficiency pattern patient and reducing the recurrence rate.
