左胸微创切口在老年食管癌患者手术治疗中的临床观察

目的：研究和分析老年食管癌患者实施左胸微创切口手术的治疗效果。方法选取2011年1月~2013年9月在本院接受治疗的80例老年食管癌患者，随机分为两组，各40例。观察组采用左胸微创切口，对照组采用传统切口，比较两组的术中、术后相关指标。结果观察组14例有并发症，对照组24例有并发症，两组并发症发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组的手术时间、术后住院时间短于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组，疼痛程度轻于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论老年食管癌患者采用左胸微创切口治疗的效果显著，可有效缩短手术时间、减少术中出血量及减轻术后疼痛程度，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of minimally invasive incision in left chest on the op-eration of elderly patients with esophageal cancer

Objective To study and analyze the therapeutic effect of implementing minimally invasive incision in left chest surgery in elderly patients with esophageal cancer. Methods Eighty elderly patients with esophageal cancer ad-mitted into our hospital from January 2011 to September 2013 were selected and evenly divided into two groups in ran-dom.In observation group,patients were provided with minimally invasive incision in left chest,while in control group,the conventional incision was adopted.Intraoperative and postoperative related indicator in both groups was compared re-spectively. Results There were 14 cases with complication in the observation group,while 24 cases with complication in the control group,which displayed a statistical difference （P〈0.05）.The operation time,hospital stay after surgery in ob-servation group was shorter than that in control group respectively,intraoperative amount of bleeding in observation group was less than that in control group and pain degree in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Minimally invasive incision in left chest can obtain a remarkable effect on treating esophageal cancer in elderly patients.It reduces the operation time,amount of bleeding during surgery and pain degree,which is worthy of expansion and application in clinic.
