护理干预对行长期深静脉留置导管维持性血液透析患者心理状况的影响

目的：探讨护理干预对行长期深静脉留置管维持性血液透析患者心理状况的影响。方法选择在本院行长期深静脉留置管的维持性血液透析患者共40例，随机分为观察组和对照组，采用Zung抑郁自评量表和Zung焦虑自评量表进行问卷调查和评定，比较护理干预前后心理状况变化。结果行长期深静脉留置管的维持性血液透析患者焦虑、抑郁心态的影响因素中，与性别、教育程度无关（P〉0.05），与年龄、透析时间及透析费用支持能力有关（P〈0.05）；护理干预后，观察组SDS评分及SAS评分均较对照组明显下降，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对长期深静脉留置管维持性血液透析患者采取个体化的护理干预，可以减少患者焦虑、抑郁等心理状况的发生率，提高生存质量。

Influence of nursing intervention on psychological status of maintenance hemodialysis patients with deep venous long-term indwelling catheters

Objective To investigate the influence of nursing intervention on psychological status of maintenance hemodialysis patients with deep venous long-term indwelling catheters. Methods Forty maintenance hemodialysis pa-tients with deep venous long-term indwelling catheters were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.Mental status change was compared before and after nursing intervention by using Zung self-rating de-pression scale and Zung self-rating anxiety scale. Results Anxiety and depression status were closely related to age,du-ration of dialysis and support capacity of dialysis（P〈0.05）.Anxiety and depression status had nothing to do with gender, education level（P〉0.05）.The score of SDS and SAS in observation group was significantly decreased compared with con-trol group respectively after nursing intervention（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Individual nursing intervention applied in main-tenance hemodialysis patients with deep venous long-term indwelling catheters could reduce the incidence rate of anx-iety,depression and other psychological conditions,improve quality of life.
