| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨螺旋CT在外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血诊断中的应用价值。方法:对经临床证实确诊的90例外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血病例的CT征象进行回顾性分析。结果:根据所采集病例具体情况及特点将本组TSAH的CT表现分为三类,其中单纯型蛛网膜下腔出血39例,合并有其他脑外伤的蛛网膜下腔出血40例,合并有脑血管疾病的外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血11例,首次检查确诊者72例,10例需与大脑镰钙化相鉴别,5例需与镰旁硬膜下血肿相鉴别,2例需与正常小脑幕相鉴别,1例首次检查因出血量极少未能检出。结论:螺旋CT扫描在外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血的诊断与鉴别诊断及对病情发展的观察中具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the value of application of spiral CT in diagnosis of traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage （TSAH）. Methods： Reviewed and analyzed the CT characteristics of 90 confirmed TSAH cases. Results： According to CT appearances, we classified these cases into three categories： 39 cases were pure TSAH,40 cases were combined with other cerebral trauma, 11 cases were combined with cerehrovascular disease. In these eases,72 cases were confirmed in first examination, 10 cases needed to be discriminated from cerebral falx calcification,5 cases needed to be discriminated from subdural hematoma, 2 cases needed to be diseriminated from tentorium of cerebellum, only 1 case was not confirmed due to extra low bleed. Conclusion： CT plays an important role in diagnosis, differential diagnosis and stage observing of TSAH. |
