降纤酶治疗脑梗塞疗效观察

目的探讨降纤酶对急性脑梗塞的溶栓效果 ,用药时间窗及安全性。方法将 6 0例急性脑梗塞患者随机分为降纤酶组 ,治疗 3天 ,复方丹参组治疗 2周。结果降纤酶组疗效明显优于丹参组 (P <0 0 1)。降纤酶用量在 10、10、5单位疗效肯定。 72小时内溶栓均有效果。 6小时内疗效最佳。出现皮肤粘膜出血 2例 ,颅内出血 1例 ,均为早期神经功能受损严重者。结论降纤酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗塞效果好 ,安全性高 ,用药时间窗应尽早 ,早期神经功能严重者慎用

Objcctives:To discuss the therapy, time-effect relationship and safety of the enzyme fibrinolytic in accute cerebral in farction. Method:60 patiens of accute cerebral infarction were divided into 2 groups: enzyme fibrinolytic and co-salvia miltionhiza and treated by enzyme fibrinolytic in 3 days, co-salvia miltionhiza groups in two weeks.Results:the effect of the ezyme fibrinolytic group is superior to that of the co-salvia miltionhiza group(p<0 01) the dosage of the enzyme fibrinolytic in 10 u10 uS u appears definatly curative effect thrombolytic effection remains in 72 hours. the most pleasant effection in 6 hours skin mucous membrane beeding 2 case and intracramial haemonhzge 1 case appears in the patiens of darly nervous system function ser dameged.Conclusion:The enzyme fibrinolytic have well effection and in safety treating accute cerebral infarotion by venous dissolve tyronbus taking the medioine must as soon as possible, early nervous system function sererel damaged patient is cautions to take.
