| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨彩超诊断胎盘早剥的临床价值。方法 对76例被临床及病理证实为胎盘早剥的声像图表现进行回顾性分析。结果 彩超诊断胎盘早剥69例，符合率为90．79％(69／76)。结论 彩超诊断胎盘早剥符合率较高，具有重要的临床价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore clinical value of color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) for diagnosis of abruptio placentae. Methods The ultrasonographic images in 76 patients with abruptio placentae were reviewed. Results Sixty nine of the patients(90 79%)were diagnosed by CDFI. Conclusions CDFI has high accuracy rate in the diagnosis of abruptio placentae and possesses important clinical value. |
