移植肾输尿管并发症的防治

总结１９９０－１９９３年４年间的临床肾移植４１１例，重点探讨移植肾输尿管３种并发症的发生原因，预防及治疗方法。认为尿漏的发生与取肾，修肾过程中输尿管系膜的保护不够以及输尿管膀胱吻合的技巧有直接关系。输尿管狭窄多为粘膜下隧道缝合过紧。急性输尿管梗阻为异物所致。尿漏，输尿管狭窄应早期手术治疗，而急性梗阻则可先行局部按压或颠簸治疗，不能通畅者也应手术解除。

Experience in the prevention and treatment for ureter complications after kidney transplantation

This article reviews 411 tecipients of kidney transplantation Performed in our institute from the early of 1990 to the end of 1993, and discusses with emphasis three ureter complications including the cause,treatment and result.It is considered that the urine fistuta was caused by the injury of the ureter during the Procurement and modification of the graft or by the unsuitable technique of the anastomosis between the ureter and the bladder.A too tightly sutured channal beneath the mucus could cause ureter stenosis. The obstruction of the ureter was often caused by the foreign in it.For the ureter fistula and stenosis, the teasonable treatment.should be an operation as early as possible.and for the obstruction, should be jolting and local massage which, if not effective,ought to be changed to a surgital Procedure.
