自由升温法对硫酸链霉素水溶液化学稳定性的研究——电子计算机在药物化学稳定性研究中的应用

摘    要:本文用自由升温法对硫酸链霉素水溶液的化学稳定性进行研究,测得的数据用电孑计算机进行高次多项式拟合,求出的分解速度常数 k 和活化能 Ea 与恒温法测出的数据接近。自由升温法研究药物的化学稳定性操作简便,速度快,结论可靠。本文还给出计算机程序。

Abstract:In this paper,the chemical stability of streptomycin sulfate(aq)is studied by the method of raising temperature freely.The experiment data were treated by electronic computer and then hydrolysis rate constant(K)and activation energy (Ea)were obtained.By this method the results were approximate to the isother- mal kinetic method.The operation is simple,the experiment is rapid and the result is raliable. The calculation program is also given.
