| Abstract: | Objective To study the incidence of electrical storm(ES) in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM) and to explore risk factors associated with the occurrence of ES.Methods Fifty-three cases DCM were included in this study.ES was identified through Holter monitoring or 24-hour ECG,and 53 cases were grouped depending on ES occurred or not.Risk factors were identified with univariate and multivariate analysis.Results ES occurred in 18 patients.History of atrial fibrillation(AF)(OR2.2,95% CI 1.2-5.0;p= 0.015... |
