血液灌流对梗阻性高胆红素血症术后脏器保护作用的实验研究

摘    要:
目的;使梗阻性黄疸引起损害的各脏器功能术后尽快恢复。方法:我们采用血液灌流辅助治疗。结果;血液灌流后较灌流前CREA,TBIL,DBIL明显改善,t检验P<0.01,有极显著性差异。手术解除梗阻后两周灌流组与手术比较CREA,TP,ALB,TBIL,DBIL,ALT均有改善,TP,ALB,TBIL化验检查,t检验P<0.01,差异有极显著性意义。灌流组肝脏,肾脏病理恢复早于手术组。结论:血液灌流有效地清除梗阻性黄疸术后血内胆素等中分子量物质,利于各脏器的功能及病理改变,且对血液基本成分无损害是简便,安全,可靠的辅助治疗措施。

Abstract:
Objective To quicken the recovery of the damage of organs after operation due to hyperbilirubinemia. Methods The blood infusion was used as an assistant therapy. Results The post-blood infusion values of CREA, TBIL and DBIL were significantly lower than pre-blood infusion ones ( P <0.01). Two weeks after the operation, there were marked differences in values of CREA, TP, ALB, TBIL, DBIL and ALP between the blood-infusion group and the operated group. Among the indexes, there were significant differences in the results of T-test in values of TP, ALB and TBIL (P <0.01). Pathological recovery of the liver and kidney was better in the blood-infusion group than in the operated group. Conclusions Such materials of middle molecular weight in the blood as bilirubin of obstructive jaundice can be effectively eliminated by the postoperative blood infusion. This method is simple, safe and reliable assistant therapy that does not harm the essential ingredients of the blood.
