石河子垦区2007-2009年网络直报肺结核病例转诊与追踪情况分析

目的了解石河子垦区2007--2009年网络直报肺结核病例转诊与追踪情况及未到位主要原因，提出解决问题的建议及措施。方法对2007--2009年石河子垦区网络直报的肺结核病人追踪信息进行统计分析。结果石河子垦区的肺结核转诊、追踪和总体到位率在逐年上升；团场医院的转诊到位率和追踪到位率均高于市、区医院，不到位主要原因是外出、信息不全或有误。结论采取各项有力措施，提高肺结核转诊到位率、追踪到位率及总体到位率。

Analysis on the Tracing and Referral Circumstance of TB Based on the Internet Reporting System in Shihezi,2007-2009

OBJECTIVE To investigate the main reasons of the low arrival rate on referral and tracing of TB cases reported by the direct net work report system, then make effective suggestions and measurements to improve it. METHODS Make an analysis on the TB tracing information reported by direct net work report system, in Shihezi in 2007--2009. RESULTS The rate of referred and tracing have been increasing every year, so as the rate of total arrived in TB dispensary; The rates in local hospital is higher than in urban, and the main reasons are absence, mistake or missing information. CONCLUSIONS Take strong measurements to improve the rate of referral, tracing and the total of TB cases.
