中西医结合治疗60例胃肠道肿瘤的临床研究

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗60例胃肠道肿瘤的临床疗效。方法:选取2011年1月～2012年1月我院收治的胃肠道肿瘤患者共60例,随机分为实验组和对照组,其中对照组患者采用奥沙利铂+5-氟尿嘧啶治疗,实验组患者联合参苓白术散加减治疗。结果:两组患者的近期临床疗效比较,差异不存在统计学意义(P0.05);而实验组的生存质量明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:西医结合参苓白术散加减治疗胃肠道肿瘤,可提高患者的抵抗力,延长生存期,提高生活质量,因此值得在临床推广应用。

Clinical research on treating 60 cases of gastrointestinal cancer in the integrative medicine

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of treating 60 cases of gastrointestinal cancer in the integrative medicine. Methods: 60 cases of patients with gastrointestinal cancer in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012 , were divided into experimental graoup and control group, the control group were treated with oxaliplatin plus 5-fluorouracil, and the experimental group was given the Shenling Baizhu San for treatment. Results: The near-term clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); and the quality of life of the experimental group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Treating gastrointestinal cancer in the Western joint the Shenling Baizhu San can increase the resistance of patients and prolong survival, improve the quality of life, and therefore worthy of clinical application.
