我院329例心血管系统药物不良反应报告分析

目的:了解心血管系统药物不良反应(ADR)发生的特点及诱发因素,为临床合理用药及药物安全性评价提供参考。方法:收集我院2008年1月-2013年6月的心血管系统药物ADR报告329例,按患者年龄、性别、ADR严重程度、引发ADR药品种类、ADR累及器官或系统等进行统计、分析。结果:ADR的发生与患者年龄、药品种类等有关,329例ADR报告涉及56个药品,引发ADR最多的为降压药,其次为中成药;皮肤及其附件为ADR报告损害最多的器官或系统,占27.96%。结论:临床应加强心血管系统药物的监测,以减少该类药物ADR,促进合理用药。

Analysis of 329 Cases of ADR Caused by Cardiovascular Drugs in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the characteristics and factors of ADR caused by cardiovascular drugs, and to provide reference for rational drug use and safety evaluation in the clinic. METHODS： 329 cases of ADR caused by cardiovascular drugs collected from our hospital during Jan. 2008--Jun. 2013 were analyzed statistically in respects of patient＇s gender and age, the severity of ADR, drug type, organs or system involved in ADR. RESULTS ： The occurrence of ADR was related to patient＇ s age and category of drugs. 329 cases of ADR reports involved 56 kinds of drugs, and the incidence of ADR caused by antihypertensive drug was highest, followed by Chinese patent medicine.ADR manifested as lesion of skin and its appendents, accounting for 27.96%. CONCLUSIONS ： Great importance should be attached to the monitoring of cardiovascular system drugs so as to reduce the incidence of ADR and promote rational use of drugs.
