阿立哌唑对精神分裂症患者糖代谢的影响

目的探讨阿立哌唑对精神分裂症患者糖代谢的影响。方法对60例服用氯氮平、60例服用阿立哌唑治疗的精神分裂症患者,治疗前和治疗第4、8、12周末测量空腹血糖或餐后2h血糖,比较2组患者糖代谢异常及糖尿病发生率。结果阿立哌唑导致糖代谢异常及糖尿病较氯氮平出现晚,发生率低,危害性小,2组差异有显著性(P<0.01);患者病程越长,药物剂量越大,治疗时间越长,糖代谢异常及糖尿病发生率越高。结论阿立哌唑对精神分裂症患者糖代谢的影响较小,治疗依从性高。

Effects of aripiprazole on glyeometabolism of patients with schizophrenia

Objective To explore the effects of aripiprazole on glycometaholism of patients with schizophrenia.Methods Fasting and 2 hours after meal blood glucoses were measured before treatment and at the ends of 4th,8th and 12th week of treatment in 60 patients with schizophrenia took aripipazole and 60 patients given clozapine.Comparisons of glycometabolism abnormality and incidence of diabetes were conducted between two groups.Results Compared with clozapine,arlplprazo1e produced glycomataolism abnormality and incidence more later and hall lower incidence and smaller harm.The longer course,larger dosage and longer treatment,the higher incidence of glycometabolism and diabetes.Conclusion The effect of aripiprazole on glycometabolism of patients with schizophrenia is smaller,and the treatment compliance is fairly supernal.
