| 摘 要： | 从背景、现代医学的诊断标准、历代中医家对于痴呆的认识、中医治疗的新进展等论述血管性痴呆的中医药研究进展。指出：一般认为是肾虚、血瘀、痰浊相兼为病。以补虚化痰破瘀为主治疗方法并不能满足目的，中医临床治疗，中西医诊断和三期治疗方法有待进一步研究。 |

| Abstract: | From background, modem medicine diagnosis standard, all previous dynasties Chinese medicine regarding stupid understanding, Chinese medicine treatment new progress and so on elaboration vascular stupid Chinese medicine research developments. Pointed out that generally thought is the kidney empty, the blood stasis, the phlegm muddy concurrently is sickness. Makes up the empty phlegm reduction broken stasis method of treatment not to be able to satisfy the goal primarily, the Chinese medicine clinical care, the doctor practicing western medicine diagnosis and three phase of methods of treatment wait for further studying. |
