| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药防风汤结合西医常规治疗肢体麻木症的临床疗效。方法:将100例肢体麻木症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各50例,两组患者均采用防风汤加减治疗。基本药物组成:防风15g,独活15g,当归10g,川芎10g,秦艽15g,赤芍15g,黄芩10g,细辛6g,杏仁10g,甘草6g,生姜5片。每日1剂,水煎日两次分服。治疗组在给予防风汤基础上加服甲钴胺片,0.5mg.次-1,每日3次,口服。两组均以治疗10天为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗组显效率为48%,对照组为36%,两组比较有明显差异(P0.05);治疗组总有效率为88%,对照组为70%,两组比较有明显差异(P0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗肢体麻木症的疗效肯定,而且有其独特优势。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fangfeng decoction combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of body numbness symptom. Methods:The 100 cases involved were randomized into treatment group and control group,50 patients in each group. Both groups made use of Fangfeng decoction.
