军队中小医院人才队伍建设对策

摘    要:高素质的专业人才队伍是军队医院参与竞争、实现发展的核心要素。军队中小医院人才流失、骨干队伍匮乏已经成为影响和制约医院科学发展的瓶颈。本文作者对当前军队中小医院人才队伍建设中所面临的主要问题和产生的原因进行分析,提出制定人才规划、优化人才结构、强化人才管理、实施人才激励的相关对策。

Construction of Professional Team in Medium and Small -sized Military Hospital

Abstract:High-quality professional team are core elements of military hospital participating in the com-petition and realizing the development .In medium and small -sized military hospital , brain draining and lack of talent team have become bottleneck of restricting the hospital development .In the paper , the major problems were explored of medium and small -sized military hospital facing in professional team construction , and the causes were analyzed .In the end , the relevant countermeasures were proposed as developing talent planning , optimizing talents structure , enhancing human resource management , and personnel incentive .
