丙戊酸钠治疗躁狂发作致体质量增加患者的饮食与运动护理

目的 探讨丙戊酸钠治疗躁狂发作致体质量增加患者的饮食与运动护理方法.方法 2009年6月至2011年6月,在解放军第102医院连续住院的躁狂发作、经丙戊酸钠治疗后体质量增加≥15％的患者60例,按照入院先后将其分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组予以精神科常规护理措施,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加强饮食与运动护理,测量并比较两组患者在初始及护理干预后第4、8、12周末时的体质量指数（body mass index,BMI）.结果 观察组患者第4、8、12周末时的BMI均低于初始值差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）;对照组第4、8、12周末时的BMI与初始值比较,差异均无统计学意义（均P＞0.05）.两组患者的初始BMI差异无统计学意义均（均P＞0.05）;第4、8、12周末时的BMI观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）.结论 加强对丙戊酸钠治疗躁狂发作致体质量增加患者的饮食与运动护理,可降低患者的BMI,有利于促进患者的健康恢复.

Dietary and Exercise Nursing of Weight Gain for Patients with Manic Episode Caused by Sodium Valproate Medication

Objective To explore the nursing strategies of weight gain for patients with manic episode caused by sodium valproate medication.Methods A total of 60 patients with weight gain more than 15％ of their original weight caused by sodium valproate medication were recruited and divided into observational group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.Based on the routine therapy,patients in the observational group were given comprehensive nursing,while patients in the control group were given routine psychiatric nursing.Body weight and BMI were measured at baseline and 4,8,12 weekends.Results Body weight and BMI in the observational group at 4,8,12 weekends were significantly lower than those at baseline（P＜0.05）.No significant difference in body weight and BMI was found in the control group at baseline and after 4,8,12 weeks＇ intervention（P＞0.05）.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing interventions could release the weight gain for patients with manic episode caused by sodium valproate medication and improve the physical and mental health and medicine compliance.
