刮痧对颈型颈椎病疼痛和颈部功能恢复的影响

目的探讨刮痧对颈型颈椎病疼痛和颈部功能恢复的影响。方法便利抽样法选取2012年2—10月在江苏省中医院推拿科门诊初诊的颈型颈椎病患者114例为研究对象，按门诊的先后将其分为对照组（n=54）和观察组（n=60），对照组患者采用推拿手法进行治疗，观察组患者采用刮痧疗法。干预前后采用McGill疼痛问卷（McGill pain questionnaire，MPQ）和颈椎功能障碍指数量表（the neck disabilit yindex，NDI）对患者的疼痛和颈椎功能进行评估，并比较两组患者干预后不良反应发生情况。结果干预后，观察组和对照组的MPQ疼痛量表各条目和总积分、颈椎功能障碍指数量表评分均明显降低，差异有统计学意义（均P〈0．01）；两组患者MPQ疼痛量表各项条目和MPQ总分的差异均有统计学意义（均P％0．01）。观察组有3例患者首次刮痧时有晕刮现象，对照组未发现有其他任何不良反应发生。结论刮痧和推拿均可明显缓解颈型颈椎病患者的疼痛程度，改善患者的颈椎功能，刮痧对颈型颈椎病患者的疼痛改善效果优于推拿。

Effects of Guasha Therapy on Pain and Neck Function for Patients with Cervical Spondylosis

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of guasha therapy in the treatment of cervical spon- dylosis. Methods A total of 114 patients were assigned into observational group receiving guasha therapy （n：60） and control group receiving massage（n~--54）. Pain and neck function were assessed using McGill Pain Questionnaire （MPQ） and the Neck Disability Index （NDI）. Data was collected, recorded and analyzed. Results The score of MPQ and NDI decreased significantly after intervention in both observa tional group and control group （P~0.01）. Scores of MPQ and NDI in observational group were signifi- cantly lower than those in the control group after intervention（P~0.01）. No adverse effect was found in the control group, while dizziness was found in 3 patients in the observational group. Conclusion In the study , it was found that both guasha therapy and massage were effective in reducing neck pain and disability in patients with cervical spondylosis,and guasha therapy was more effective to relieve pain.
