我国护理学硕士研究生课程设置及其研究状况的文献分析

摘    要:目的通过文献分析,了解目前我国护理学硕士研究生教育课程设置及其研究的情况。方法运用文献研究法对我国护理学硕士研究生课程设置及其研究状况的相关文献进行分析。结果我国护理学硕士研究生的专业课程设置参照了医学专业研究生的课程设置,与国外护理研究生课程设置有显著区别;受学科定位不明、培养目标不清的影响,专业课程数量少,专业特色不明显,各院校间课程设置差异明显。现有护理研究生教育研究仍局限于少数院校,以问题分析为主,但对问题解决的研究还很少,且未形成体系,直接影响到结果的应用。结论我国护理学硕士研究生课程设置亟须建立统一标准以规范课程教学;在一级学科地位确立后,护理教育者应尽快开展研究构建合理的学科体系,并以此为指导,构建符合我国特色的护理学硕士研究生课程体系。

Abstract:Objective To understand the current curriculum development for nursing students with master degree and its research status through literature research. Methods Relevant literatures on curriculum for our country's nursing students with master degree were analyzed. Results Our country's current curriculum for nursing students with master degree were set up based on the curriculum of medical students of master degree, which is significantly different from the foreign countries. Because of the vague subject orientation and the unclear training objective, the small number of professional courses, the characteristic is not obvious, and the courses vary signifcantly in different schools. Only a few universities have done re- searches on the curriculum development for nursing students of master degree, mainly on the analysis of problems, but few on the solution of the current problems. And it directly affected the application of the researches' findings. Conclusion The curriculum of nursing students with master degree needs to be standardized in China. Given nursing is now a first-level discipline, educators need to construct a reasonable discipline system, and use it to guide the construction of our own curriculum development for nursing students with master degree conform to our country's situation.
