彩色多普勒超声对肾癌并下腔静脉癌栓完全梗阻的临床应用价值

目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声在右肾癌合并下腔静脉癌栓完全梗阻诊断及治疗中的应用价值.方法 分析3例右肾癌伴下腔静脉癌栓完全梗阻者行右肾根治十下腔静脉整段切除术前超声检查结果.结果 3例接受手术者中2例超声随访16个月,无瘤生存,1例术后13个月死亡.结论 彩色多普勒超声对判断下腔静脉癌栓梗阻部位及程度具有较高临床实用价值,可为临床术前术式选择、估测手术风险及准备相应对策提供可靠信息.

Diagnostic Significance of Renal Cell Carcinoma Complicated with Vena Cava Cancer Thrombin Using Color Doppler Ultrasonography

Objective To evaluate the value of clinical diagnosis of renal cancer complicated with vena cava cancer thrombi. Methods The data of 3 cases with renal cancer complicated with tumor thrombui in the inferior vena cava were analyzed retrospectively in 53 patients before the operation by radical nephrectomy and sectional vena cavactomy. Results Of the 3 patients undergoing operation, 2 survived for 16 months without tumor, 1 died after 13 months. Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasonography has a high application value in the diagnosis and evaluation of tumor thrombus in vena cava, and provides an accuracy information of operative treatment strategy.
